Account Ownership

Account Ownership: The name/email any user provides while purchasing is counted as the product owner. This applies to both individuals and agencies. Please note that Kodezen holds the right to verify the credentials of any account/ account holders based on GDPR compliance.

Account Actions: Only the product owner is liable for every action taken using their account credentials. It’s your responsibility to safeguard your credentials using strong security measures. We are not liable in any way if you lose your credentials or someone takes action using your credentials. However, If you forget your account details, you can use the reset password option or contact our support team to get your account back.

Single Account: When you purchase any product(s) from us, the product is bound with the email address initially provided. You can also change your credentials from the My Account section whenever you want. But be informed that you can only use a single email per account!

Corporate Accounts: Only authorized users should use the account or contact us. We won’t be liable if someone misuses your corporate credentials to harm your website or business.

Kodezen is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential issues on your product arising due to the following reasons:

Our plugin works fine even if you uninstall the pro version and stays functional with the free version. The auto-renewal feature on our plugin will let you use the pro version without any interruption.

Product Guarantee

However, We don’t provide any guarantee that our product will work with every 3rd-party theme, plugin, and browser version.

Product Delivery

You will receive emails with purchase details after successfully completing the purchase process. This email will include all the necessary information to activate your premium product. Sign in using your registered email account and click relevant links to access your products.

f you haven’t received the license key via email, recheck the purchase history on your account. You can redownload the premium product until your key is active and valid. We can disable your access to pro features unless you renew the License Key.

Product Updates

Kodezen gives you at least one year of free product updates upon purchasing a product. Your update term starts after purchasing the product and ends according to the pricing plan (Yearly / Lifetime ). We always maintain our product with the highest standards and regular updates. This is how we ensure the market standard and meet client expectations.

Kodezen (Or its subordinate products) regularly sends newsletters to users, subscribers, and premium product owners. These emails include recent product updates, promotional offers, bug fixes, and policy changes.

Termination and Suspension

Kodezen reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user account without prior notice. We won’t change our decision or offer a refund for such accounts. Here are the reasons your account might get suspended/terminated for:

Lifetime License Policy

We offer a Lifetime plan for the plugins and themes we offer. The lifetime refers to the product’s lifetime but not the product owner’s lifetime. Our product’s lifetime ends when we discontinue it. So, we have the right to notify our customers within 90 days about a product’s discontinuation. 

Customer Service

We provide top-notch support to both our free and premium users. Free users receive priority email and chat Support, whereas premium users receive additional priority support.

We usually respond to our customers’ tickets within 24 hours of submitting them. However, the response can take longer depending on the number of queries and the complexity of the issues. It can also be delayed during weekends and public holidays (Holidays might differ based on regions and time zones!). 

We offer support through Live chat, email, WordPress.org, support forums, documentation, how-to guides, and video tutorials. We don’t offer support via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin. However, we will redirect you to our support page if you ask for assistance through social media channels.
