Office Time: Sunday to Thursday, 8 Hours a Day – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-2 PM Launch)

Salary: 25K-45K BDT​

Job Description:

As a Mid-Level WordPress Plugin Developer at Kodezen, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress plugins. You will work closely with a team of skilled developers, leveraging your expertise to create innovative solutions and ensure the highest level of performance and user satisfaction. If you are a passionate WordPress developer with experience in plugin development, this role offers an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Requirements For Mid-Level Developers:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in WordPress plugin development.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, actions, and filters.
• Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, and meta boxes.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and AJAX for dynamic interactions.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or the WordPress community is a plus.

Job Responsibilities for Mid-Level Developers:

• Design, develop, and maintain existing plugins.
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to create seamless user experiences.
• Utilize best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress plugins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to WordPress plugins.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in WordPress and plugin development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience.
