Job Nature: Full-time

Work From Office (Remotely Possible)

Office Time: Sunday to Thursday, 8 Hours a Day – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-2 PM Launch)

Salary: 15K-35K BDT

Job Description:

As a support engineer at Kodezen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective technical assistance. You will work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues, provide guidance, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. If you are a problem solver, have strong communication skills, and enjoy helping others, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibility:

As a support engineer, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our products. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support: Efficiently handle customer inquiries via tickets, chat, and forums.
  • Pre-sales Assistance: Aid potential buyers in product decisions.
  • Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify and resolve software issues.
  • FAQ Expert: Provide clear answers to common questions.
  • Effective Communication: Turn unhappy customers into satisfied ones.
  • Conversion Focus: Encourage purchases and positive reviews.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in WordPress: You have advanced WordPress skills, confidently navigating the Codex and core when needed.
  • CSS Mastery: You are advanced in CSS, tackling any CSS challenge with ease.
  • Intermediate PHP: You possess at least an intermediate-level understanding of PHP.
  • JavaScript & jQuery: You have a basic level of comfort and troubleshooting skills in JavaScript and jQuery, although you rarely need to write code from scratch.
  • WordPress Customization: You have knowledge of template structure, theming, and child themes for WordPress themes or plugins.
  • Chrome Developer Tools: You are comfortable using Chrome Developer Tools, primarily for troubleshooting CSS, JavaScript, and network issues.
  • Local Testing: You can set up and run local test installations.
  • Self-motivated: You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and a quick learner.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: You possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating politeness, patience, and helpfulness even with challenging customers.
  • Fluent Written English: Your written English is fluent, and you excel in communication.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
